(A) The vehicle has comprehensive insurance coverage and a $3,500.00 deductible collision. The renter is liable to pay the deductible portion of any insurance claim arising from the rental of this vehicle.
(B) The renter assumes all responsibility for any persons or property involved in the operation of this vehicle and shall hold harmless and indemnify Elite Auto Rentals from any claim, suit or expense arising there of.
(C) The renter is responsible for and hereby authorizes Elite Auto Rentals to charge for all cost, claims and damage to the vehicle or for any of the following:
i. Tire repair/replacement
ii. Missing vehicle parts
iii. Towing of the vehicle
(D) The renter is responsible for any loss arising from the following:
i. Use of the car for illegal purposes.
ii. Failure to promptly report an accident to the Police or Elite Auto Rentals.
iii. Failure to complete any accident report form/statement
iv. Negligence in allowing the vehicle to be obtained and operated by an unauthorized party.
(E) **The Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W) is not an insurance but a benefit in the event of an accident. Clients opting for C.D.W are only liable to a maximum charge of USD$500.00, i.e. the agreed security deposit.
(F) ***The renter agrees to pay a security deposit of USD$500.00 if the C.D.W option is chosen. In the event that the C.D.W option is declined, the renter is bonded to pay USD$1,500.00 as the agreed security deposit.
(G) If the cellular phone option is accepted, the damages or loss arising from its use will result in a USD$100.00 charge.
